Return Policy
How to return or exchange a Skycut machine if it is not the right fit.
Window
Request a return within 7 days of delivery. The machine must be unused, with original packaging, accessories, software media, and invoice. Opened consumables such as blades and vinyl cannot be returned.
Process
Write to us from the contact page with your order details. We confirm the return, share the pickup or shipping address, and inspect the machine when it arrives. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection, excluding outbound shipping.
Wrong or damaged delivery
If the carton arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day. We will replace a machine that fails inspection on arrival.
