Warranty Policy
Manufacturer warranty on genuine Skycut machines, handled in India.
Coverage
New machines include a 1 year manufacturer warranty from the invoice date. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Cutting blades, mats, and other consumables are not covered.
What we do
Warranty claims are handled by Skycut India. Share your invoice number, machine serial, and a short description of the fault by phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form. We will diagnose it remotely first, then arrange parts or service.
What is not covered
Damage from incorrect voltage, liquid, drops, unauthorised modification, or use outside the published material thickness and pressure range is outside the warranty. Software remains available, and template updates continue for supported models.
How to claim
Keep the original packing for the first 15 days. Contact us before sending a machine anywhere. We will give you a claim reference and the next step.
